· The same days each week must be booked for each half term
· Inset days and bank holidays will be charged for if they fall on your normally booked day.
· A full half terms notice will be given to change or cancel sessions.
· Extra or occasional days can only be booked once all regular members have booked their required days for that half term
· Charges are raised on a per session booked basis we do not offer hourly childcare rates
· Invoices will be raised half-termly in advance and payment is expected by return or by the date stated on the invoice we reserve the right to offer the childcare place to another child if payment of our fees is not received by the date stated.
· Payment may be made by cheque, by direct transfer to our bank account or via one of the childcare voucher systems please ensure that we are aware of your payment method
· Payment for additional or occasional days (if available) will be required at the time of booking by cheque We require one half term's notice of cancellation of childcare requirements. If one half term's notice is not given, full payment for the forthcoming half term's fees will be due
· All payments are non-refundable
· Breakfast club 7.30am 9am
· After school club 3.00pm 6pm
· The after school club closes at 6pm. All children must be collected by 6pm or an additional charge of £10 per half hour or part of may be incurred at the discretion of the management. Non payment of such additional charge may result in termination of contract.
· If the club is full, a waiting list system will be used
· Priority will be given to full time bookings, then on a first come, first served basis.
· We will only be providing snacks and drinks during the after school club, toast/cereals and drinks for the breakfast club
· Children attending the holiday scheme will be required to bring their own packed lunch. Snacks will be available for those attending the extended day
· No fizzy drinks will be brought into the club at any time
· Children will be expected to behave in a manner which is acceptable and in accordance with our Behaviour Management Policy. Children who repeatedly misbehave will be placed on a warning and membership may be with drawn at the discretion of the management. Parents will be involved as soon as we are aware of a problem. The managements decision is final
· It is recommended that children do NOT bring personal belongings (e.g. toys) to the club. Mobile phones are strictly forbidden. The management will not accept liability for loss or damage
· Parents are requested to park along the road side of the car park only. Parking close to our building makes entering and leaving the site difficult. Please drive slowly in the car park at all times and be aware of children crossing
· We offer a full programme of activities during all our session except the breakfast club, where time limitations restrict the activities available
· Children attending the
· Collection after school will be arranged at a collection point in school, where a register will be taken.
· Children walking from Bisley will wear a florescent bib for the walk to BASE. Children from Holy Trinity will generally be driven back from the school but we reserve the right to walk the children back to The BASE in extraordinary circumstances (eg car breakdown, etc)
· A change of clothes and shoes is always advisable for outside play
· Please ensure we receive prior notification in circumstances where you have arranged for another person to collect your child from us. We will not release your child unless we receive prior notification if we are unaware of a change, we will call you to confirm.
· A homework area will be provided but we cannot guarantee to provide assistance to your child in completing their homework tasks
· Internet access will have full parental controls for suitability
· If your child becomes ill whilst in our care or has a serious accident, you will be contacted. If you cannot be reached, we will call your emergency contact using the information provided to us. If none of your emergency contacts can be reached, if absolutely necessary, we will authorise treatment by health professionals on your behalf.
· We may at times share information about your child to other professionals, eg school
· Please notify us of any personal changes that may affect your childs situation.
· We may from time to time need to share information to other professionals about your child.
