To sign up to join the BASE, there are a number forms to fill in:

1. Print, read and sign the Terms & Conditions

2. Fill in and send a Registration Form

3. Print and complete the booking form - a booking form is required for each half term

4. Print and complete the relevant holiday booking forms if required
